Ordering additional copies of your degree certificate

You can purchase additional copies of your degree certificate through our online store for a charge of £30.

Additional copies of certificates can take up to 2 weeks to process.

Ordering paper copies of your academic transcript

Please do not use this service if you have placed or will be placing a Premium Transcript order. Premium Transcript Service is only available during Graduation Ceremony Periods. NB: Refunds can not be made if you place an order for a both standard and premium service.

Official paper copies of your academic transcript can be purchased through our online store for a charge of £20 for 3 copies.

For those who have graduated since 2007 transcripts will take up to 4 - 6 weeks to process, for those who have graduated prior to this the process may take significantly longer and you should allow up to 8 - 10 weeks for these to be dispatched.

Accessing your academic transcript online

If you graduated from July 2009 onwards, you can access your official academic transcript and HEAR document online through Digitary free of charge. Transcripts are available from the day of your graduation ceremony, HEAR documents are usually available from the end of the month following your graduation ceremony.

Unfortunately, this service is not available for the following:

  • MBChB
  • Nursing, Midwifery & Social Work
  • PGCE
  • MBA Worldwide (Global) 
  • Bachelor of Dentistry
  • Architecture Degrees
  • Degrees from Affiliated Institutes (incl Institute of Financial Services).

  • For Graduates who do not hold either eDocs Digitary or Digitary Core Accounts would need to contact Student Service Centre (please check first to be sure that you do not have either account before contacting the SSC)
