We will be hosting a special Relaxed graduation ceremony, designed to provide a comfortable, accessible and inclusive environment for all our students who would prefer a more pared-back experience. The ceremony will be held on Monday, 27 July 2026 at 1pm or 3pm.
Why choose the relaxed ceremony?
- Smaller setting: Ideal for students who may feel anxious about attending the standard graduation ceremony, providing an accessible service that meets your needs.
- Inclusive environment: Open to students from all schools.
- Intimate gathering: Limited to 50 students and 100 guests, ensuring a more personal experience.
Ceremony details
- Location: Whitworth Hall
- Setup: Smaller stage with fewer academic processions to minimise the number of attendees.
- Accessibility: Low volume music, hearing loop, wheelchair access, and British Sign Language interpreter available upon request.
- Additional support: Quiet room available before the ceremony.
- Live streaming: Available for guests who cannot attend in person.
